• Fees and Insurance We are Medicare certified and accept most insurance plans. All co-payments are due at time of service. Please ask us for help if you have any questions regarding your insurance plan and what is covered.
• Prescriptions and refills can be written or phoned to your pharmacy
• Medical Records are confidential and will not be released without your written request. Original X-Rays are kept in our office and are a permanent part of your file.
